Operating Rules and Regulations

Pursuant to provisions of the Voluntary Pension Funds and Pension Schemes Act (Official Journal No. 85/2005 and 31/2011), the Board of Directors of DELTA GENERALI OSIGURANJE a.d.o. Beograd in the capacity of FOUNDER of the Joint Stock Voluntary Fund Management Company DELTA GENERALI Beograd, Milentija Popović No.7b, as a need has arisen, on 26 September 2011 has issued the following:
