Member of the Company Management Board

Dragan Filipović, Member of the Executive Board of Delta Generali Voluntary Pension Fund

He was born on November 19, 1968 in Belgrade. He graduated from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Economics.

He started his career in 1994 at Delta Holding, where he held leading positions, managing several profit centers – Delta DMD (wholesale and distribution), Delta Automoto (dealers and car sales), Delta Hemija (chemical industry).

From 2002 to 2010 he was the General Manager of Delta Maxi, Delta Holding’s retail chain. During this period Delta Maxi has grown rapidly, becoming first the national, and then the regional retail leader, expanding from Serbian market to the markets of Bulgaria, Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In March 2011 he became a member of the Executive Board and Deputy General Manager of Delta Generali Osiguranje. At the same time, he was appointed Vice President of Delta Holding, in charge of negotiating the company's strategic partnerships in its core business activities.

He has won several important awards such as the 2003 Manager of the Year award for professionalism and creativity from the Belgrade Club of Economic Journalists and 2008 International Quality Award (Geneva).

He is married and has two daughters.
